The Challenge
The previous website lacked visual impact, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation. As Prime Care VIP expanded its reach and provider network, they needed a digital experience that could scale with them — one that would improve content accessibility while showcasing their geographic footprint.
Our Approach
We designed and built a custom WordPress website from the ground up. Our focus was on clarity, performance, and a professional look that instills trust in both patients and referring physicians. Key priorities included improving the user journey, simplifying access to information, and emphasizing Prime Care VIP’s service areas and team.
Interactive Locations Map
A standout feature of the new site is the interactive SVG map on the Locations page. Users can hover over or tap each region to see service coverage and view doctors serving that specific area. This dynamic element not only helps users understand where services are available, but also builds trust by visually associating providers with their communities. The map is fully responsive and easy to update as the network grows.
Mega Menu
To improve navigation across a growing list of services, locations, and provider bios, we implemented a custom mega menu. Unlike traditional dropdowns, this menu presents a well-organized multi-column layout that allows visitors to quickly find what they’re looking for — whether it’s information on care services, insurance options, or provider directories. The design keeps the interface clean while enabling scalability as new sections are added.

The new website delivers a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices. With intuitive navigation and location-based exploration, users are better equipped to understand the scope of services and connect with providers in their area.
