Aegis IT Solutions, a growing IT and consulting firm, partnered with our team to build a new digital presence that reflects both their technical expertise and their people-first approach. The primary objective was to create a website that feels approachable and professional—something that breaks away from the fear-based narrative so commonly found in cybersecurity and IT service websites.
The Challenge
The main challenge was in the messaging. Most IT and cybersecurity sites focus heavily on risks, threats, and fear to drive urgency. Aegis wanted something different—a site that focused on how they can help their clients grow, improve, and stay secure without relying on negative emotional triggers. Balancing this positive messaging with the serious nature of cybersecurity was a delicate process, but a vital one.
In addition to the messaging, lead generation was a critical priority. The site needed to capture and route inquiries directly into PipelineAMP CRM, which would streamline the firm’s sales and follow-up process.



Solution
We designed and developed a custom WordPress website that offers a clean, intuitive, and engaging user experience. The content strategy focused on solution-based messaging, presenting Aegis as a proactive partner, not just a problem-solver. Visually, we used a friendly color palette and clear navigation structure to make the site accessible and easy to use, regardless of the visitor’s technical background.
On the technical side, we implemented seamless lead capture points throughout the site and connected them directly with the PipelineAMP CRM. This ensures every interaction, form submission, and callback request is captured in real-time and tracked for follow-up.


Result
The final website meets all the goals laid out at the start of the project. It positions Aegis IT Solutions as a trusted and approachable expert in IT and consulting. The design offers a modern and positive user experience, and the messaging focuses on growth and support rather than fear and risk. Most importantly, the integrated CRM functionality enables efficient lead management, helping the Aegis team convert visitors into qualified opportunities.
